Day Two of BOPT is hosted by Paychex and Mr. Robert Poles.  This event focuses on professional and financial success.  That means this event will provide information for those who are employed, those in business, and those who want to be in business.  In addition to helping you as an employee and a business owner, we will spend a lot of time helping you understand money and investments in a down economy.  Here is a summary of the agenda for day two.

Part 1 everyone will learn

“Networking and Entrepreneurship”

During part one, we will set the stage with a talk on how to successfully network or walk into a room full of strangers and walk out with new friends, clients, strategic partners, sources of information, and referrals.  Then there will be a presentation on why more than ever a down economy is the best time to develop your entrepreneurial skills and put them into practice. 

Time- approximately 45 minutes for both workshops!

During Part 2 we split into two groups
Group one is for those who are students or employees and
Group two is for business owners and entrepreneurs.

Group One

“Becoming an Indispensable Employee”

While there is never a guarantee that you will never get laid off, there are things you can do to make yourself more valuable to your present employer or more attractive should you need to move to another company.  Here is a hint of what you will learn; you need to provide value to your employer, not what you do.  Employees will learn how to become more valuable to their employer along with other proven strategies that lead to more security, advancement, and income. 

Time- approximately 90 minutes!

Group Two

“Building a business that will pay you forever”

Do you want to work for the next 10 through however many years and then live off of your saving and social security? 

Would you prefer to work for the next 10 through however many years and then have your business pay you and your children for a long, long time? 

During tough times you can give up, work harder for a diminishing return, or you can plan to make your struggles worthwhile.  This conference is for those who want to make their struggles worthwhile by growing a significant business and a business that will pay dividends that will outlive the founder.  To help you plan for this level of success these workshops will help you:

• Create proven business, marketing, and personnel systems that will allow your business to operate profitably with out you.

• Make sure your business takes care of your heirs when you can no longer take care of them.

• Create a plan so you can count on your business to produce assets and income at your retirement.

Part 3

“Handling YOUR Money in a BAD Economy”

For part three, we all get back together and learn from multiple financial professionals how to manage and invest our money when everyone seems to be loosing their money.  We will also show you what to do if you feel you don’t have any money so that you will have money and security in your future. 

Time- approximately 70 minutes!

All of these workshops have one goal in mind.  That goal is to make this recession and your hard work payoff for you.  Instead of working twice as hard for a diminishing return, BOPT and these presentations will show you proven strategies for growing your income and net worth in the great recession of 2009.
